BMW repurchasing my car

So my car has had many continuous issues so I guess BMW has offerred to repurchase my car but i have some exterior mods such as m3 side skirts, m3 rep front, and csl trunk.

Does anyone know how this would work? If i would have to switch back to stock or what?

Of course, you put it back to stock. Why would you give them your mods?

but why would you want to give back the mods that you bought with your precious money back to the dealers for free? take them off, sell em.

Oh because I got the mods when my car needed to be repainted so my stock parts are a bit scratched up so I'm not sure if BMW would want the stock parts on unless i repainted those too.

I'm not sure which would be the best option, Just giving it all to them, repainting stock and putting it all back on and selling the mods.
I'm actually not even sure if they would take the car with the mods, they probably want it stock I'm assuming.

Take your mods off ASAP before you give it back to them. Put it back to stock and then give it to them. The stealership doesn't care about your mods, but they will gladly accept it with the mods and in the end screw you over.

If they are buying your car back because of all the issues I don't think they would care if the car was scrached up alittle. They probably will not even notice if you don't say anything.

Is your car still under warranty? A buyback on an 08 seems like a deal, four years of ownership for free.

Yeah, you're right, but then i would have to go to a body shop to remove all the mods and put back the stock which would cost a few hundred im assuming.

Yeah the stock parts are not severely scratched, or any deep, but visible if you look.

Yeah hopefully they just buy it back without even concerning the scratches and slight damages.

Yeah it is under warranty until Aug 19th!! So only like a little more than a week which is really good because I was getting sick of my car anyways and I want the new 3 series coupe, but then i would have to wait a whole year for that.

Definitely take off your mods and mail the side skirts and trunk to me ASAP. I think that's the only way they'll take the car back.

Make it happen!

+1 on price.

I'm about to go through the same process with my 07' E90 355i. I'd like to use your deal as a benchmark possibly?
