Wouldn't it be cheaper to just go to a bodyshop and have them modify the rear fender rather than replacing the quarter panel? Just like this:



Maybe, buy the OEWM M3 wheel house first as the guide for the body shop.

How much for labor about and can this be done on an e93? Any other parts like trunk lid, taillights, or fuel door need changing?

im bumping this thread..yes its quite old but i for one would like to see exactly how this is done..maybe with some progress pics etc..
can someone help please..im about to embark on this journey and do not like the kits currently on offer as they are waaaaaaay too much away from OEM for my liking
