Not surprised AT ALL there isn't one in Chicago

good job to the winners, glad to see some good dealerships around, even if they're not local

DeSimone made the list, more ammo for me. I purchased the car from them. Sales was great and easy ordering the car...etc. Next week have an unscheduled oil change appointment, will find out how well they listen...........

Thumbs up Isringhausen Imports

Another shout out to these people. I had kind of a rocky start to my first experience buying a BMW. The sales manager, Nick Drum, worked with me and made it right. We worked it out and now I really enjoy going in there. Everyone there are great people to be around. I don't have to mention names, they are all good people. Congratulations!!!

Since oh, about 1776. New England is and always has been Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

East Bay BMW rocks, I go there for service even though I live in SF because they are the best BMW dealer in the Bay Area period. I get great service even though I look young. I mention this because other Bay Area dealers I have been to basically treated me like shit. BMW SF is the WORST, when I went there I was basically ignored by all the SA's and my favorite story is when they tried to charge me $300 for an unscheduled oil change for my 335i. When I asked why it was so much they said it was 'special' for the 335i. I called East Bay afterwards and was told $99 plus a loaner, BMW SF do not offer loaners. I will be purchasing my next BMW at East Bay for sure.

Nice to see Classic BMW on the list. I can't speak to the car buying process as I have not bought a car there, but they do support the local BMW CCA chapter events and they also throw some great events for their customers as well. It's also a very nice dealership, probably the newest in Texas.

How did BMW of Sterling make this list, their service department sucks! Though, there's one SA there that is exceptional, Alan Ribner.

Irv Robinson at Motorwerks single-handedly deserves this award imho. No one's done more for the ED program than him. (and yes he's my salesperson and no I'm not related to him)

So do dealerships that win get a bigger holdback or something? I have to think there's some financial incentive here as well...

I can't say I'm surprised. I have been to only 3 dealerships and have yet to get good service at any one of them.
