I understand that the majority of kids my age do not receive a car, especially a Bimmer. I was one of the kids that did. I'm sorry if it upsets you, but that's the way it is. I am not going to reject it for your satisfaction. Regarding the topic, every senior that purchased one is painting his/her spot. I was just looking for some ideas. Thanks
Kid I really like your attitude, you're going to do okay in this life. Ignore the jerk offs on here making snide comments. They're the ones that give BMW owners a bad name.

Since you're going to paint a parking spot, why don't you get some of your friends together and paint something that sums up your HS experience together? Did you guys play a sport? Have you been accepted to a particular college yet? Paint something that means something to you. And next time ask your real life friends for ideas rather than posting something on here. All you can expect on this website are 90% douche responses.

wtf, senior parking spots?

Back in my day you had to actually get to school early to get a good parking spot.

I agree whats with all the hating. So what the kid has a nice car. You have to look at it from his parents point of view. Would you rather have your kid a POS neon or civic that would be doomed in an accident or something that would hold up and possibly save his life?? Maybe a 335 isn't the best idea for high school but seriously get a life. The OP isn't being a dick just asking for ideas so let him be dammit!

But anyways don't do anything BMW related you'll just get hated on more. I drove a 5 series in high school and everyone was pissed about it. I like the stick figure pushing the car and the call so and so for a good time.

Definitely agree with the people that suggest something funny like a handicap symbol or something like that.(Not saying being handicapped is funny) I wouldn't go with anything like BMW> Audi or anything to that extent. Trust me you don't want that kind of attention. You seem pretty down to earth and not the douchebag that tries to show off every second. Kids these days are so filled with hate towards other people that have nice things it's incredible.

I would paint the entire space white, invest in a LSD, and do a burnout out of the space.

I got a 325i out of High School and got flak for it, but I paid for it with money I earned from Chuck E. Cheese and such @6.75/hr. Not rich or super spoiled (okay just a bit). Just love bimmers, man.

I'm so jealous of you guys with freakin' 335i's out of high school. It's truly "16th birthday BMW" in this thread lol. Oh well, congrats, just don't contribute to "bimmer drivers are assholes" Of which, I mean to say not to partake in spray painting a designated parking spot just cuz you can.

I know this painting parking spot thing is ridiculous but it has a somewhat good cause for my old high school (Which is also in San Diego, California). There are 100 something spots reserved for seniors, and at the beginning of school the spots are auctioned off spot by spot. All the proceeds goes towards subsidizing the cost of Prom, which is nice because the spoiled kids basically reduce the ticket costs by 50% so anyone who wants to go, can. There is one spot right up front where everyone in the front school courtyard can see, it sold for $1500 the year I graduated. Sadly enough the reason I got into BMW's was because the girl who owned that spot my freshman year had a beautiful 330CI ZHP *drool*

Oh and I waited until the last 5 spots being auctioned and got a nice corner spot for $50. It had old faded fuzzy dice on them from last year. The day we had to paint spots was SAT testing. So instead, I just asked my friend to spill his extra paint on my spot. I lol'd so hard at all the dumbasses who spent hours painting elaborate pictures only to get it stamped by tire tracks in 2 weeks.

its called a senior prank people... paint the reg spots blue to make them all look like handicap parking spots. thats what some people did at my HS back in the day. I'm so sick of people saying how did you get your car your only xxx age. its like anything people can have a ferrari and live with their parents so who cares. If you want to give a lesson on how much u had to work for something and someone got it much easier than sucks for you and good for them.

Im in High School also and I am thankful to my mother every damn day for what she did for my brother and I all while she was a single mother and thank her for what she has given us. I realize how lucky I am and what I have, but im not the stuck-up rich kid everyone thinks I am just because I drive a BMW. My mom knows im responsible because I have straight A's in all honors classes, work 2 jobs, play 3 sports, and I keep the car in immaculate shape. I also chipped in for a decent size portion of my car with the money I earned from starting my own lawn mowing business at 10 and all that added up in the long run. It really bothers me when someone will say how rich I am, but im not a rich kid who lives in a million dollar house on the water. Just because my family has a few toys that we bought used, does not mean im rich and we use them every weekend. Some people don't realize that things that are used can be had for half the price they once were when they were new if you do your research. Just because we are in High School does not mean we are lazy ass rich kids who don't do crap and get everything, or at least I hope this is true for the OP also.

I can think of ideas all day

You could do something thoughtful like buy the spot next to you too and paint "This spot donated to my fellow students who may not be fortunate enough to buy a spot" and then write your name and sign it. People will feel bad for thinking you're a dickhead in a BMW and you will probably get loads of pussy.
OR.... Buy the spot on the left of you and the one on the right of you and paint "No parking" on them so you never get door dings.
But I really think it would be awesome to get a bunch of friends involved and buy consecutive spots. Then paint them all like Monopoly spaces. And make sure you all do them in the right order and make a square, just like the gameboard. Make spots in the middle for "Chance" and "Community Chest" Give away the "Free Parking" spot once a week to someone. Oh, and you better get Boardwalk.
