BMW Warranty vs Third Party Warranty.

I recently bought a BMW from a dealer, and I am planning on keeping the car for 4-5 years so thought of getting an extended warranty so I can have peace of mind. However, few days later I realized the dealer sold me (CNA) third party warranty (bumper to bumper) instead of BMW warranty. Now I am little concerned whether I did right choice? Should I be taking BMW warranty instead? or any other warranty for better price if I am going with third party?

CAR Details:
2013 328ixDrive
Sedan, with 19,120 miles
I have factory warranty till December 26th 2016

I called up CNA to verify and they mentioned I have 6 years warranty for total of 75K miles, the good part is 6 years from the date of purchase instead of the first service in date (October 2014 till October 2020) and I will have (75000-19000 = 56K). I paid $3100 for this, sounds like too much :/. I have 1 more week to decide whether I want to keep it or not.

When I researched I see different warranty services like CNA, AAA, DCU and GEICO. Does anyone has CNA warranty? Also I have taken loan from DCU, would it be cheaper to get one from them ? Will BMW dealers accept these warranties?

DCU
https://www.dcu.org/loans/mechanical...insurance.html

GEICO
https://www.geico.com/getaquote/auto...own-insurance/

CNA
https://www.cnanational.com/cportal/...vice-contracts

Thanks a lot for your suggestions

I have had great experiences with geico mechanical breakdown coverage and it's only 50 bucks a year. Good till 100k miles.

I have no idea why people would pay hundreds or thousands for a third party warranty.

for GEICO Mechanical Breakdown, you should be the first owner of the car and car should be less than 15 months old and should have less than 15K miles on it. So this option is voided.
