F30 Front Bumper Removal - Then Headlight Removal

I am looking for basic instructions on an F30 Front Bumper cover removal with the sole intent on getting to the halogen headlights so that I can remove both of those, have my way with them :-), and then put it all back together without screwing any thing up. Instructions, Pics, DIY movies, anything you might have will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry - Been off the forum site for a while.

No, had to take it into the dealership. I am sure its fairly simple, but if you haven't done it before and don't have a breakdown, you run the risk of breaking something. Dealership charged me 3 hours of labor @ $120 per hour.
