Help w/ 19" VMR VB3 Tire size on 07 328i

Hi guys, first post!

i did some searching but could not locate a thread addressing my specific situation.

I just got my 19" VMR VB3s delivered

. they are of the following measurements:

19x8.5 ET40
19x9.5 ET33

I own a 2007 328i, no drop, but will probably do that at 100-120k miles. I'm currently at 83k, so I have no plans for the near future as money is currently very tight.

The question: What is the best tire sizes? I don't want to roll fenders (right now at least) or have any rubbing.

someone on the forum has to have the same set of wheels on a pre-LCI.

Sure wheels are the basic setup that vendors recommend and tyres 235/35/19 265/30/19 too.
