Masters 2011

So happy to be watching the Masters again. Greatest golfing event of the year. I got to meet McIlroy 2 weeks ago. He is staying in one of the condos at my club in FL. He is so young looking it is crazy. He shot a opening round 65 today..

I can't be the only one who's work will be seriously hindered tomorrow, am I?

The number of young, world-class golfers like McIlroy on tour these days is ridiculous. I think this more than anything else poses the biggest challenge in Tiger's run at Jack's majors record .

Wow... Tiger right in the thick of it. Just finished up a round of 66.

McIlroy looked great again today.

even more of a shame is watching tiger miss those few shots-putts on the past few holes.

Rory is young 21 this is a great learning experience for him, he will be back

What a surpise ending. All of the leaders were deserving with all the effort put into the game.

Best regards

Meh I don't think it cost Tiger much. Sure it cost him the Masters but this has to be a huge boost for him.

I don't know if Tiger would have even got there still. He would have had to shoot 64 to just get into a playoff.

I thought what was more amazing was first Ogilvie birdieing 5 straight to get back into the picture. Amazing golf at the most crucial time.

That was followed by Scott showing more balls and confidence than I can ever recall him showing. That SS on 17 was the most significant shot of his life. Maybe this is the springboard for him to play like everyone thought he would.

The capper to this incredible tournament was Schwartzel birdieing the final 4 holes to win. Really? Wtf has ever done that before...especially at 26.

P.S. McIlroy was incredibly classy and composed after essentially pooping his pants all over the back nine.

yes a lot of awesome golf coming down the back 9 at any given time there was so many people who could have won!

The thing that tiger will look back on is saturdays round as well as his bawky putter on the back 9 today. On a positive note this is the first time in a while that Tiger was able to get it going on sunday to give himself a chance.

Would have liked to have seen her without the shades. But yes, very easy on the eyes.
