Come on man don't do that to yourself....or your car.

Searching will render plenty of good tried and true alternatives - among them ER and VRSF.

Do you have a tune or anything else that's outside of stock specs?

Yeah, stage 1 re-map and pipercross air filter. Going to do a oil change, new plugs (any advice ) and new gear box oil.

Lots of Intercooler brands on here with Competitive pricing and way better quality than ebay Chinese stuff.
If you are getting a FMIC for that price range just get VRSF or AA

While I appreciate the backhanded compliment, our products along with more than half of the other manufacturers on this forum are made in China.

We're based in the US, our products are shipped, designed and tested in the US and we employ US citizens, we're not a Chinese brand

The new stepped 5" units should be the ready the first couple weeks of June. The new 5" stepped core outperforms the standard 5" it's replacing but the 7" still outperforms both.

Just curious, why sell a 5" FMIC? Is it just for easier installation (e.g., no cutting of the bumper) and for those who won't be taking their cars to the track?

At the very least, support a forum vendor! They are the ones that make this forum possible. Check the marketplace section for deals from the forum vendors. Check the FMIC prices out and then read the reviews on the forum. Not too difficult to figure out who provides the most cost effective solution.
