Ketosis is NOT poisonous for your body. It takes about 8 hours to adapt to ketone metabolism.

Ketogenic dieting is not recommended if you have kidney issues.

Don't talk authoratively about something you haven't tried or have first hand experience with, it's counter productive

I will speak authoritatively because I do have first hand experience and have trained in that diet. When I played football we did the exact opposite with high carbs, low fats, and high proteins. My girlfriend is an RD, nutritionist, and a trainer. This is coming straight from her. What credentials do YOU have?

I'll give you some education nutritionist is a person that has a degree in nutrition. To be an RD (registered dietician just in case you didn't know) had to take a comp or national accreditation test to be certified. In perspective, a doctor in a hospital must have approval from clinical RD's prior to writing prescriptions. All you showed me is a forum of people with opinions. Not facts. I'll stick with professionals instead of people who think they are.

Once, again I take my advice from a person that went to school, has degrees, and works at a professional level. NOT, from a person that thinks they are. If and when you actually accomplish those, I may, perhaps hear what you're saying. You're telling a lawyer you know more about law than he does. Until, then it is what it is, take it how you want.
