HELP FITMENT 19x9.5+40 and 19x8.5 +35 5x120?

I found some wheels but the offset looks a little strange? Will these fit without any modification? I have a E92 2007 335i w/ sport package suspension. Please help thanks!

Yes but they will be sunk in and you will need some spacers.

Will I need spacers for the front and rear? Also, what size spacers? Will this offset effect handling at all?

those are basically close to factory offsets. Depending on the look you want will depend on what size spacers to get.

Those specs will definitely work. 7mm spacers in the rear and you'd have the specs that we normally would recommend for an E92.

You'll prob only need spacers for the rear IMO. I'm running Et 35 on 8,5 in the front and 9,5 et 25 in the rear on my E91 with stock sport susp. Original et for the 9,5 was 40 as well, but got 15mm spacers after I rolled the fenders. Et35 would prob be enough I guess.

Of course, the tire size matters as well.
If you go with 235/35/19 and 265 or 275/30/19 it would be sufficient with a 5mm (or more if you like the look) spacer for the rear and non in the front IMO.
