///M stripes on front splitter
So I cracked the splitter on the passenger side about a week after install, which is probably about the average lifespan of these things. They are the fruitfly of cosmetic mods.
Anyway, it was cracked along the bottom and needed to be fixed. It also had some rock chips. To fix both, I decided to used some tri color tape to hide the blemishes and secure the cracked part. Also adds a little character to the front end I think. |

Good looking band aid. Turned out really nice. Where'd you get it from?
I've had my eBay splitters since August and so far so good. I've scrapped them many times but no big damage thus far.

Thanks got the tape on eBay, I think it was like $8, which is totally absurd for three pieces of electrical tape, haha. Good luck with the splitters. Mine are from JL-Motoring instead of OEM. I didn't want to spend a fortune as I knew Ohio roads would gobble them up pretty quickly. If they get too beat up I'll just paint them.
