Angry 335i misfire? jb4 g5

Need help.. Car is a 07 e90 335i sedan w/ sport package.

I have JB4 G5 and DCI on my car that i installed a couple weeks ago. Did a wot run on the highway tonight and "service engine soon" light came on. Car felt like it was misfiring (shaking at idle like it's going to stall) and was jerking every time i gave it gas (while driving it)..

Hear some rattle from the engine bay, exhaust popping at idle..

Restarted the car twice, one time it struggled to start.. All that did was make the "service engine soon" light go away.

Car has CPO so just might remove tune and intake and take to BMW..

Any thoughts what it could be???

disconnected/cracked charge pipe or intercooler tube would be my educated guess. I'd start with the charge pipe since it seems to be a "common problem". The misfire symptom would be a result of a false reading from the afm because of a air leak from the crack or disconnection. If you are raising boost levels above factory spec you should invest in an aftermarket charge pipe anyways. If this isn't the problem now it will be eventually. Take it for what its worth as this is my first post.

Plugs should be changed every 25,000 miles, I would start with that....

Might have better luck in the N54 forum since that is the engine you have.
