Spec e30 OWNING a Porsche...

Probably the most baller move I've ever seen...

This happened out of turn 1, just before the S's (turns 2,3, and 4) at Watkins Glen. Sorry if it is a repost:

No doubt. I was paying particular attention to that piece of track over the weekend, just for the perspective of what that driver saw. As you can hear, there isn't ANY room for error as he "gently" kissed the wall there. The fact that he has 2 wheels on the grass just before going into a high speed corner is even more insane. That driver truly has ice in his veins...or is missing a few key genes. One thing for sure, he can drive.

Necessary? Is it necessary for me to drink my own urine?

Probably not

No, but I do it anyway because it's sterile and I like the taste.

Hmmm. That was pretty risky. He could've caused a pretty good accident. At the same time, I don't know the whole story. For all I know the Porsche was really blocking the BMW driver and he finally got fed up and past in this aggressive manor.

Like others have posted, he certainly can drive.

This. That was a very stupid move and quite dangerous. If there were marshal's he'd be black flagged.

If you dodge a wrench you can dodge a porsche. And a wall!

Seriously though, that's a "Mack Wibber" move for sure! Those of you who saw Webber going through Eau Rouge at Spa this year will know what I'm talking about.

Nice dodgeball reference

As for the video, that was insane...

There weren't any marshall's because it was a race. Hell, marshall's would've sent him home for taking the line he decided to take.

Still...that was beyond a Terry Bobby move.

That wasn't a race. It was an HPDE day. Passing is permitted with "point by", meaning the car in front points out the window the direction he wishes to be passed on. The BMW driver is an asshole, and he banged his car up in attempt to make a cool you tube video.

Are you sure it wasn't a race? I know what HPDE's are, I participate in them at least once a month. I believe it was at the Stan Parker Memorial Race last year. I could be wrong, but that's what I thought it was.

I commented on the actual video via Youtube. The owner replied back and stated it was a qualifying lap...

Makes him even more of an asshole.

That's also the stretch where other cars leave the pits from, even more dangerous.

That's exactly the stretch of track, although on the other side from where the cars come out of the pits thereby giving them more room. (I'm not justifying the move.)

I actually saw another car do the same thing this past weekend, I'll see if I can find the picture that was taken by Tracktime Photos. I know they got the pic because I was standing right next to the photographer. They ran their endurance race while my run group was on break.
