Need Help Choosing Exterior Color!
Hi All,
I am going to be ordering a new M3 this fall and need some help choosing an exterior color. I currently own a 2008 Nogaro Blue RS4 and 2015 Audi Phantom Black A6 3.0T. I used to own an E46 and want to get back in the mix, especially after reading the specs on the F80. I am having trouble deciding between: -Yas Marina Blue -Sapphire Black -Alpine White -Mineral Grey Interior -Black Merino -Grey Merino I will be keeping both of my current cars and live in the Northeast, so I'm unsure of where to go with my decision, as I love all 4 colors listed above. Please give me your thoughts/opinions, etc. It would be greatly appreciated! |

They're all beautiful colors. Personally, I'd chose Yas Marina Blue because it is unique and I love Blue BMWs. I'd chose the classic Alpine White second, then Mineral Grey and Sapphire metallic last. I've already seen 5 M3/4s, four of them being Sapphire black. For the interior, Silverstone leather is the way to go.
If you really want to up the ante, then get individual color and leather options. Frozen Black is absolutely amazing. |

Okay, so after a LOT of thinking I am now between YMB and Mineral Grey. Please keep in mind I will have ALL black accents (including wheels), carbon spoiler, carbon splitters, and the car will be lowered via H&R springs. Help!!!

The only reason why i've brought it to the threads is because I like every single color. I'm just trying to get a feel for what people consider to be the best. |

Hey I ordered a SB M4 with SO interior. You can have it if you want because it will be at the dealer outside of Boston in the 3rd week in July. While I was waiting for my car I saw the dealer's launch car in AW with Black Merino full. Fell in love with it. The dealer agreed to swap. So I took home the AW. It shows the lines of the car and the contrast with the cf roof says M.
BTW, would you agree with me, pictures just don't do this car justice!!

You narrowed it to MG or YMB.
For me, this is an easy choice --> Yas Marina Blue That blue with black accents will look the business! Plus, it has a different character in each lighting scenario. I think mineral gray is one of the worst colors for the new body style (although I liked it on the E9X). Interior, black to tie the whole car together. I can imagine it, and it is good. |
