How do you take an extremely limited production M3 and make it even more unique? You get a set of the very sought after Strasse Forged SM7 Deep Concave Wheels ordered for it of course! That's what the owner of this gorgeous Frozen Silver Competition Edition E92 M3 did!

BMW of North America announced the 2012 M3 Competition Edition featuring Frozen Silver exterior paint and other enhancements. To honor the 40 years since the founding of BMW M in 1972, production for the United States of these very special M3 Coupes will be limited to 40 identically-equipped cars. Each features BMW Individual Frozen Silver Metallic exterior paint with a deep metallic luster to accentuate the athletic lines of the legendary M3.

The unique exterior treatment also includes black hood intakes and dark chrome exterior trim, including the kidney grills, the M side gills and the exhaust tips. Black M3 GTS wheels complete the striking exterior. The interior features black Extended Novillo Leather with unique palladium silver accents and palladium silver-contrast stitching on front seats, headrests, door trim panels / handles, center console, and center armrest.

This photo shoot was done in the middle of finalizing the new offices and shop area (prior the epoxy floors being done

) so you guys get a sneak peek of what is to come! You can see the owner of the Frozen Silver M3s newly acquired '13 F10 M5 and my very own personal '13 E92 M3 in some of the photos which will be featured fairly soon so stay tuned!

Wheels are nice but the frozen color looks like a regular silver to me. Maybe it's the pictures. 1st pic is cool though.

I would like to see pix in daylight. These pix seem to through off colors or maybe it's my eyes. None the less the wheels are nice.

Weight reduction chambers involve introducing hollow chambers into the wheels center pad, in different places depending on the wheel type/style.
