Thumbs down Seat won't go forward!

Hello

My passengers seat won't go forward when you pull up the release lever. I'm guessing the cable within the seat has either snapped or come loose? I'm going to order in a new unlocking unit, but I'm really unsure what part number I will need? I have novillo fox red leather interior. Can anyone make sense of which one I will need? I want to be sure that I am ordering the correct one.

See link: http://mfans2.com/parts/catalog/E92/...rest_unlocking

Thanks!

Redmond

looks like it is one complete unit, you just have to pick which side you need to order. if you will be installing this yourself, why not open it up (since you will have to anyways) and see what the actual problem is?

I know it's the left side (passenger side) but just unsure what part number it would be?? I want to order the part anyhow just in case I take it apart and realise I need to change it - I am able to return the part if it's not needed

I don't know for sure, I'm only speculating but it looks like the latch to release from the rear is also connected to the latch that releases the seat from the front.
