2011 550i difference with M sport

I have a 2011 550i with sport package and dyanmic handling package with adaptive drive. It has the sport / sport+ modes.

Wanted to know how different is it from driving a 2011 550i with an M-sport package in terms of ride etc.?

Is there any real / noticeable difference?

The only thing looks wise i feel missing is the front bumper is a little more aggressive on the M-sport 550i.

I "THINK" if I remember correctly that if you have the sport and dynamic packages already, then the M-Sport package was cosmetic only on the 2011.
