Wicked C.A.S. sub enclosure - anyone tried one?
Hi,
Getting a new sub for my trunk and trying to figure out the enclosure. It will be side mounted on the left. Found this online and it looks good to me, but I'm wondering if any has experience with one of these. Pic posted below - more pics and info on their website here: http://wickedcas.com/product.php?pro...&cat=10&page=1 Thanks in advance! Robert |

Amps are in 2 different places (I have 3 amps plus a DSP). DSP and 1 amp are in factory amp location - right under where this sub enclosure would go. The other 2 amps are under the trunk floor mat.
Is there a problem putting the subwoofer over the amps? I thought I'd rather put them there than on the right (where the MusicarNW enclosure goes) so as not to block the battery, which I figured I'd be more likely to need access to than the amps. |

I like the WickedCAS enclosure because you can put different size subs in it. For pure SQ, I like the SI BM mkiv 12" subwoofer. It only needs 0.5 cubic feet, so you would need to fill the enclosure with about 0.3 cubic feet of material, which is not hard to do. For SQL, I like the IDQ 12V4.
