How frequently do you guys recommend for the M3 stock that tracks 3-4 days a year?

I too have experienced the vibration from debries on rotors. The Windex idea is good.

Not too worried about spending some money but it has to be reasonable.

Can anybody offer me some advise?

Thanks.
I have a StopTech ST-60/ST-40 system on my car, and just did a weekend DE event with the ST street performance pads. These are the only pads I have ever used that might meet your requirements. I can't make any guarantees, since so much depends on the variables involved, especially your driving style and the specific track demands. I'm relatively easy on brakes, and the track was not extremely demanding of brakes either. But they worked fine, and I would estimate a 4 or 5 track-day life, given some modest street usage also. They generate a lot of dust under track conditions, but it washes off easily.
