Replacing 2007 328i Clutch/Flywheel

Has anyone ever done this? I want to know how to find out what PSI the specific bolts need to be tightened to.

Just make sure you use Nitrogen instead of just air.

And don't forget to increase the recommended psi by 22% to compensate for the lack of oxygen.
