yea, i think it should be because its already released in 08 so 09 cars should definitely have it, i have not heard someone getting an 09 x5 yet so i cant say that with confidence but i am pretty sure that it will be !!

played with the new idrive on a 09 coupe, it was OK not feeling the black and white menu....

What is that cockpit? Not a 5, too cheap for it to be. X1 for sure, or X3 hint.

for the 5series the cockpit looks indeed to cheap. normaly that has to be the interior of the upcoming x1 but i think there we see the x3 cockpit...

I really don't think it's going to be anything. I was thinking maybeeee next-gen 5er, but it's too crappy to be one. There's no flow and the door design looks like it came from Mercedes.

The armrest looks cheap and the buttons look randomly placed. There's also actual cupholders which is unusual.

It's probably just a mock-up designed specifically for this machine.

I agree with what you're saying, but I like the overall design. It needs to be fine-tuned and smooth down, but, it's a huge improvement over current 3/5/X3/X5 interiors.

It seems as the car has an oil temp gage, which is an indication that the N54 twin turbo engine may lie within, and no GM tranny PTL.
