i am on Nitto NT05... its a great tire. they last quite long with regular street driving and they have good grip on the track. of course R comps are going to be stickier but you wont be able to drive them on a day-to-day basis.

My choices would be the RE-11, and the NT-05. They are both awesome. It's just such a bummer that they don't offer as many sizes.

I have heard by some guys at the track that the AD08's are great and last long too.

PS2's are not that great for the track, they get greasy fast and they wear out.

I will soon be on my 3rd set of NT05's in 275/35 18 and I am quite pleased with them.I have gotten about 25 hours out of each set which is about 10-12 days.I do flip them on the rims at about 50% life to keep them squared up to maximize their life. They work better as they wear but they are not a very good tire in the rain or colder so I use my stock 19'" PS2's for that use.Overall I am very happy with the NT05's as they do stand up quite well to my level of abuse that I have been known to do to my tires

I hadn't been thinking about the Nitto's, but it sounds like that's one to consider.

I was going to do NT05s but I heard and read enough negative reviews from them that I decided to go with either AD08s or RS3s (as I've heard no negative reviews about them)
I picked RS3s due to AD08s not being available in the size i wanted (285/35)
