solution: as someone else mentioned, paint or wrap the splitters white, and leave the crt carbon. would look insane

AlynM3 I did this but I can't recall seeing any clear pics.

His car is black, so it really wouldn't look much different from paint/wrap and carbon. Maybe you can try wrapping? You can buy enough white vinyl to wrap the splitters for around $20 or less. There's no risk, if it doesn't look good, you can simply peel it off. I'm interested to see how this will look.

For those of you who wanted better shots... here are a few when the car was white and after the splitters were molded in and painted body color.

I totally see why people dont like this look but I wanted to try something a little different. But that being said, now so many people have done it... I have something new in the works.

Well the BMW "splitters" look incomplete. This completes the look and this actually looks like a real splitter.

thumbs up!!

Doesn't flow as well as i'd hoped. I wanted to get the PF A.G. front lip for a while now, but now that I am slammed pretty low, I think it'll crack pretty quick... Hmm

I like the crt splitter on a Sedan(e90).
But without the BMW splitters, they spoil the Look of the crt splitter!!
On a coupe I like the REVINORA splitter.

Crt

Lip was $400 from Autotecknic. EAS installed, which involved trimming the splitters a touch on the inner underside. Pretty straightforward. Ground clearance doesn't seem to be reduced.

Personally I really like it because it fills the gap between the splitters and looks a little more aggressive, but each to his own.

Hot or not?
Looks a bit too busy for my taste, like the Performance splitter on the 435i!
