Meisterschaft GT2 Exhaust [Video]

Meisterschaft GT2 Exhaust with 83mm Tips and Section 2 SR Connecting Pipe. As always video does no justice, car sounds amazing in person.

Exhaust is definitely noticeable. It's much louder than stock and the overall sound of it is great. It looks and sounds like it was built very well.

I love the exhaust been driving with the windows open in 90 degree weather. The tips stick out perfect where I can see the etching only after the exhaust gets hot. After I park the car and come back the tips get pushed back in. I'm thinking that when the exhaust gets hot so do the rubber bushings and it pushes the exhaust about an inch outward and when it cools off it goes back in about an inch. I like them when the are sticking out and I can see the etching standing right over the exhaust. I had my shop call GT HAUS and ask if the tips can be pushed out but we were told no. One thing I don't understand is why didn't the stock exhaust move out wards when hot and back in when cold. Otherwise the build quality is great and sounds like a monster. I just wish the tips stayed out all the time not only when hot.

I noticed that right away as well!!

Zack, what you describe is different from how most Meisterschaft GT/GT2s are on E92/93s. From what I've seen in pics and on my own car with a year-old GT is that the tips are actually recessed behind the bumper when cold, and are only flush with the bumper when hot (you still can't see the Meisterschaft logo). I believe the reason for this is because they were using the same exhaust design for E90s as the E92s, and the E92 is a slightly longer car.

GTHAUS, can you tell us whether there was a design change to the E92 exhaust so the tips stick out further? Are you no longer sharing the E90 exhaust design with the E92?

Yes, I noticed as well. My 1M tips are also tucked inside the diffusor and when hot they stick out plenty. Wish they looked like ops all the time.

Is this the rear section only or axle back? Or is an x pipe installed? Sounds unbelievable.
