New Exhaust Fitment

Hello,

When fitting a new back box (Eisenmann) should I use sealant on the joins to ensure no leaks and if so what type of sealant would you recommend?

Thanks!

I heard that applying some paste on the joins ensures a gas tigh seal and aids fitment?

Never heard this before. As other poster said, just unbolt old exhaust and bolt up the new one. Nothing else required.
