Plastidip is your friend. It doesn't look cheap, nobody can tell its Plastidip, and it won't cone off till you take it off. I've done it several times, and wrote up a DIY on it.

I just plasti dipped my 335is badges. And yes I do drive an is. Looks really good try it doesn't take much time and can always be removed.

Badges look like shit anyway. Throws off the balance on the rear aesthetic. Just buy a black hat with "HELLO WORLD!! I DRIVE A 335IS!!" written in comic sans
