Need help with wheel selection, please*****

I recently purchased a 2007 328i sports wagon, alpine white, and I am interested in upgrading to 18" or 19" wheels. Can anyone guide me in the right direction as far as sizing and fitment. What is the best offset to fit the wheel well? Or the max size before rubbing? Run flats or no? -(I currently have runflats) Without runflats -is there room for a spare? Are TPMS universal?

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks and have a awesome day!

dunno about sizes and stuff. But the TMPS are different, I believe it's 07-09 has 1 type, and 10 has a different type. Ask gary at tirerack i believe he was the one that said it in another post
