Question Wagner Tuning N55 Downpipe

So recent state emissions are forcing me to get rid of my AA catless DP so I'm looking for some high flow cat options. This led me to the Wagner Tuning downpipe (mod bargains.com/wagner-tuning-n55-downpipe2.htm [remove the space]).

I'm having difficulty finding some reviews so I'm wondering if any of you have any insight/thoughts on this?

Any info you can provide will be great. Thanks!

I have read that even high flow cats can cause cels. Maybe someone that has used them can chime in

I've heard the same. I spoke with mod bargains awhile back and they said that there shouldn't be any CELs (also added that they've been having good reviews from their customers).

Of course, would definitely love to hear from an unbiased source.

From what i have been seeing, you will still fail emission even with high flow catted DP .

There's a couple of N55 owners here in the UK that are running the Wagner catted DP, and all report great things from it. No CEL's reported.

Cars here have passed over yearly emissions tests with the Wagner fitted.

Can't speak to the Wagner but it sounds promising. The iCarbon catted DP I put on my N55 a few years back threw a CEL immediately and although I haven't had to test emissions yet, I don't expect it will pass when I do. The thing you have to realize about aftermarket high-flow cats is that even if you get one that does pass when relatively new, they are typically nowhere near OEM quality and degrade very quickly, so you probably won't be passing emissions for very long. Just the reality of it.
