Used E9X M3 Buyers Guide
I am looking for a used E9X M3 buyers guide - something that lists all of the available options, prices, available colors, year-to-year changes, etc. I think most of this information is scattered about across the forum, but I am hoping someone has already collected all of it into one thread or document.
If it hasn't been done yet, maybe someone who is more up to date on E9X M3's and has most of this memorized could put something together? If not, I may take a shot at it as I will likely be purchasing a used E90 M3 this coming spring. It would be nice to have a complete list so when I am looking at cars I know what all it does/doesn't have. |

Good luck on your hunt.
As added motivation to anyone considering this, I'm sure your hard work will earn you a "stickie".

Just remember, do not get 08 for two big reasons on the sedans. 08 was pre facelift so the tails were extra ugly. The idrive if you get nav is lightyears worse on 08 model cars.
09 is acceptable. 10 is fairly unchanged. 11 is the best year for a sedan and also last I think. 11 had the option of ZCP package which means competition package. 10mm lower suspension. The package included the mesh 359 wheels which are wider, had lower springs, EDC standard, and that's all I can think of right now. Buy an 11 dude. Nothing else you need to know about the 08-11 sedans. |
