Can you not push it back in with force?

I had this happen to me in winter, it froze and did not fully seal... when I pressed it back in hard, it sat flush.

Garage List
Likely due to frost damage and will require new washer jets which are not inexpensive. I have the same problem. I don't have xenons so I pushed them back in and removed the fuse.
