e86 non-m stock wheels and spacers

Hi,

I've read the forum, but did not find a simple plug'n'play answer (without "square", "rub", etc) for the question that bothers me.

I am very satisfied with the handling of my car, as well as with the design of my stock wheels.

The only thing I want to change is to to put the wheels a little wider (same level with the body) - I believe it would look much better.

So questions:
1) can I do it with spacers?
2) if yes - would not it harm the handling and durability of my car?
3) which spacers would you recommend?

I generally use Z4 as an everyday car plus go for lazy track days 2-4 times a month. My car is 100% stock.

Thanks!
