Riding is one of the best hobbies to have, I love it, but also I consider using the animal in every way as a compliment to it's memory.

When I went to Denmark with GF years ago, they took me to get eel as a joke. The joke was on them cause I thought that was the BOMB! I kept asking for it when they inquired where I wanted to go get dinner

The stingray was really tender and delicious.

I've eaten whale, kangaroo, and chicken heart.

All were pretty good except chicken heart.

Drunken shrimp.

The girl I was having dinner with ate a live shrimp that wiggled when she was putting it into her mouth. She jumped 3 feet

When in Tokyo and at Tsujiki, I saw a chef prepare shrimp nigiri so quickly that the body was still pulsing on the bed of rice regardless that the head was already cut off.

Too much for me.

When I lived in NYC I would see these tiny little bones all over Central Park. I later found out that the homeless were building fires and cooking the squirrels and pigeons.
