I actually saw this news report. The person was driving a black E46 M3 that still had the dealer plates on it.

Not another E46 M3 Accident... My guess, kid thought he was a better driver by getting the M and thought turning off the DSC would be "cool."

Actually, the BMW didnt cause the wreck. A bad, scared driver who probably wasnt paying attention to all of her mirrors(otherwise she would have seen the BMW coming) obviously misguided the car she was driving. Aggressive drivers dont usually cause accidents, its the overly cautious ones that do. The ghost breakers, non-blinker users and speed limit in the left lane adherers.
