Not only that but other teams will get better too.

Lastly, I never said anything about the Colts. I think you're just upset that your Pats didnt go 19-0 like you and many Pats fans have expected. And FWIW the Colts had an amazing season even with all the injuries they had ALL SEASON LONG! I would like to if the Pats can even win as many games as the Colts did if their top defenders and wide receiver were out. Damn I just realized that this really did turn into another Colts vs Pats debabte. Hopefully it will end with this post.
Do you forget that brady has had bad receivers and still has won super bowls and still has gone 14-2 15-1. These new players just ice the cake for us. Shit we didnt win the big one but still accomplished a lot. Manning has proved he isn't the star player unless he has amazing receivers. Brady has already proven in the past that he makes mediocre receivers good and good players amazing.

ok, sure although he didnt do that well overall, mainly the defense was much more amazing than him. Also brady had a 4th quarter drive the rest of the team just couldnt seal the deal.

Again, as compared to Giants fans who disowned their team? It's ok guys I know it sucks that the Pats own this era. I just hope that shoulder injury doesnt bother Brady next year.

Hearing the pussy hurt Pats fans justify this season really is priceless.

Every sports fan outside of Boston is loving this because of how cocky you have acted the last 5 months. Face it, Karma has come back to bite you all in the ass. This is what Belicheck and his team get for cheating the last 7 years. Now you have an off season full of spygate investigations to look forward to.

This team will be remembered for 2 things, Spygate and ALMOST being the best team ever.

This commercial aired right after the superbowl, its PERFECT.

18 and d'oh! (taken from NFL.com)

Hey Defender of All That is Almost Perfect! Fuck You and your butt hurt fans. You lost, Pouty. It hurts doesn't it? Keep talking about mopping the floor with others -- right after you got beat. You must be 14 years old, because I remember when the Bills used the Pats as a bloody tampon year in and year out -- ask Mr. Tippett. Oh, and we know about not finishing the deal so don't go there.

I'm not a Pats Hater. I actually like many of the players on that team. In addition, no one will disagree that Belichick is an effective coach. So why does he have to be a dick too? There is a thing called tasteful and smart winning. When you've owned the opponent all day and are up 40+ points well into the 4th quarter, it is practically impossible to be beaten. Why pad your starters' stats? What, at the cost of potentially injuring one of them in a decided game? Just like his choice to go for it on 4th and 13, instead of 3pts -- he is way too cocky to be thinking the rest of the NFL, with today's parity, can't stop him. NE has been the dynasty of the new Century... no doubt. The Sun shines on even assholes sometimes. But when the sun sets, there are gonna be 31 other teams mopping the floor with Mr. Belichick's Almost Perfect Team.

I actually like the Pats. I liked them for 17 games this season. Giants round 1 and Giants round 2. I'm not even a Giants fan... but as a Knicks fan, I felt I'd show my support, since the celtics decided they'd beat the knicks by some odd 40+ points. Call me old school, I don't like history being re-written. I don't think the Pats are good enough to be remembered as THAT team, which would've happened if they'd won last night. I didn't think the 07-08 pats were as good as montana's 49ers or the triumvirate cowboys, so it's good to see someone keeping them in their place as ONE of the best teams we've seen in decades.

In addition, Plax is from my hometown! Gotta go for the hometown guy.

A big mistake I think was Brady not using Welker more. This should of been a short pass game and an easy win because from the looks of the first half Giants Defensive line was just overpowering. Downs were wasted I think when the Pats tried to run the ball.

Giants won the game because of their Defensive line. Eli is so inconsistent throughout the season and this game it's not even funny.

How are we "Bandwagon Pats fan"? If you're in Boston and like football than you're a fan right?
Of couse fans will cheer their team for a perfect 19-0 season, I don't think thats talking shit.
You need to grow-up my friend

What do you know about 15 years ago? Have you ever been to the old stadium? Let me tell you that the old stadium was worst than my high school football field with metal bench seats and speakers that sounded like shit and no public transportation. No one invested in the bankrupted team until Robert kraft bought the team.

there were tons of mistakes the Pats made...offense and defense
The giants played a perfect defensive game

Yeah the old foxboro stadium was crap.. I saw warren moon and the oilers play the pats when i was a lot younger in that stadium.

So.. go to welker more.. Yeah I agree. But he did tie the super bowl record for most receptions.

Eli's inconsistancy? Well you can talk about his inconsistancy all you want but guess what? He is the QB of the World Champion Giants.. and won the MVP in the big game. As far as inconsistancy goes. I think Brady wishes he was as inconsistant as Eli.

hmmm well in the playoffs, Eli had as many TDs as Brady, 2 less INT, a higher yards per completion and a 95.7 ranking vs Brady's 96.

Oh and a ring.

Maybe the outcome of the game would of been the same, it would be better if the ref was fair, but I'm sure Vegas threw some $$$ in the ref's pocket for this game for sure.

Either way I'm not a die hard fan as I only watch the playoffs and superbowl so don't bash. And don't even say that Vegas wasn't involved, because betting/gaming is a Multi-Billion dollar industry.
I'm not a fan of either team but if it was rigged then the Pats would've never gotten that Pass Interference call in the end zone.

Let's see, Brady had 50 td in the season, set the record for td passes in a season and has three rings. Yeah manning has alot of catching up to do.

You do realize in that sentence you stated how he has a rich super model girlfriend. So your cheap shot failed. That proved even when Brady has a horrible day its 1million times better than your best day.

Oh and all of you saying the Pats have no class. WTF was today, saying they stomped all the teams especially the Patriots...a 3 point win is a stomping? Yes the defense stomped but the team as a whole did not. Also the whole CIA bullshit.

Oh wait but its ok cus it was towards the Patriots, even though they have never said shit like this especially in a parade.

Seriously I dont care if you talk shit but atleast dont be so damn hypocritical. When has the team as a whole ever been cocky or talked shit especially our key players.

Only one I can even see is Bellicheck, but still you guys call him out on stupid ass shit. Like leaving the game with 1 second left...wtf you expect him to do stand there? Everyone was on the field.

It's ok i'm sure many hated the 49'ers, cowboys etc. when they were on top.

yea...not sure why so much hate
I guess the Pats have upset alot of ppl in the past by beating their team.
but then to start a thread (multiple threads) to not only put the Patriots down but also the Fans is just retarded
If you ppl want to talk about football then talk about football, the game, the plays, stats, scores...etc, why you have to start a war with the fans...lol
you know when ppl outside the forum see this will think that all BMW drivers are retards

You guys are crazy! Why all the hate? As a Patriots fan, we lost and a better team showed up and beat us. I don't see anyone from the Patriots making any excuses. You know the old saying jealousy and hate comes from envy. Congrats to all the Patriots fans for a great season, and as the RED SOX fans say, wait until next year!
