My configuration

My order (note to US folks, Canadian packages/configurations are very different) is as follows:

535i
Sapphire Black Metallic
Dakota Black Leather
Technology Package
Executive Package
Sport Package
Dynamic Handling Package
Option: Heads Up Display
Option: Rear Heated Seats
Special Order: Ventilated Seats ($980)
Special Order: Headlight Washers
Special Order: 4 Zone Climate Control
Special Order: Power Rear Sunshade
Special Order: Manual Read Side Sunshades

This basically came in at a touch below the cost of a 550i, but I got the engine I wanted without losing any of the features of a 550i. I opted not to go with IAS, stop and go cruise control and night vision, but I think otherwise it is a loaded configuration.

Looks like a nice configuration! Congrats. I didn't order the Cold-weather package in the US specifically because I didn't want the headlight washer. I don't think they add much other than spray crap all over your nicely cleaned car. YMMV Headlight washers FTL.

I did the same thing - purchased 535i instead of 550i.

Good choice, 90% like mine.
Does that also mean that the 331 19"wheels come with the 'sportspackage'?

The 535 is a better value with better gas mileage and a higher residual value on a lease. On a 3 year, 15,000 miles per year lease, the residual value on a 535 is 58%. Om a 550 it is 54%. For sheer value the 535 is best. For sheer power the 550 is best. Although the 535 is no slouch in the power department. The 535 is very, very close in power to my former 2004 545 E60. I pick up my 550 in Munich on Tuesday. If I had it to do all over again today I would probably have gone with the better value in the 535.
