Maybe I am a little slow here, but what is the distinction between the P40 and P40S. What exactly differentiates them?

the P40S is lighter weight. if you look closely at the spokes, you can see that they milled out some extra material. that's what those grooves are.

That is actually the satin Silver finish. you don't see too much of that, but it is absolutely beautiful. very classy.

There really aren't any new finishes....They had always been availalble.

standard colors are like:
- Charcoal (gloss / satin / textured),
- Black (gloss / satin / textured),
- Silver Gloss,
- brushed with clear

custom finishes include stuff like this monster green

Satin Silver P40S

Satin Black R40

should be very similar to the P40S that you see above.

HRE is the exclusive wheel supplier to Oakley Design and the wheels on the 458 is the HRE P40S on one side and the P45S on the other.

Since there are no clear pictures of the P45S on the car, here is one on the shelf. This is my new favorite HRE wheel!

For a 19" Wheel. What is the weight comparison between a P40 and a P40S?

Not too sure, as we haven't had the chance to really compare them, since they just got released. Will have to wait till someone tries them.

depends on the finish....

pricing on finish has changed a little. Brushed finish is now a little extra but you can get them TINTED

Here is the CL40 on the GT3 in Brushed with Smoke Clear finish. Looks amazing!

another close up.
