Anthracite Grey 401's

For $38 for the kit, why not see what it looks like. Pretty impressed with the easy application. I took the wheels off my car, not knowing exactly what to expect. I figured with them off I would get the best possible application/coverage. This was my first experience with any plasti-dip application, and I was kinda skeptical after seeing some pretty trashy looking matte black wheels out there. In my opinion, the finish looks like a high quality paint job, we'll see how long it lasts. Oh....and if you wanna post a reply about "doing it right" with powder coating, PM me so I can give you the address to send the check to.

Great job that looks fantastic, did you apply dip inside the wheel well as well?

Yes, two good coats inside the wheel is how I started the job out. There was plenty in each can, and it still left enough for six coats on the front. I'm glad I did, I think it would have been too obvious if I hadn't done inside the wheels. And thanks, I'm pretty happy with the results. I was really surprised at how well it went on in nice even coats.

It wasn't too difficult, you just have to angle the wheel and/or can and be careful with your aim, which was easier having the wheels off the car. The coverage probably isn't quite as thick in those areas.

One can of color per wheel, and one can of glossifier split between all four wheels. I didn't glossify inside the wheels. They offer kits with one can of glossifier or two, depending on how glossy of an appearance you desire. I'm happy with the results of just putting on one coat of the glossifier. The DipYourCar videos on YouTube are very informative.
