Used 2011 335i Vert - Advice Plz

Looking to buy our first BMW and first convertible, so any help is appreciated.

Interested in the following 11 335i Vert

Thoughts on this car for long term owner (6+ years at 12-20K miles/yr)?

What do you think a good buy price would be?

KBB gave me 43,656 in good condition, another 1k for excellent.

2011 BMW 335i Convertible
VIN: WBADX7C56BE261133
14,700 miles with warranty until 09/08/2014
Alpine White/Dakota Cream
Sports Pkg
Premium Pkg

Additional: clear bra on front, tinted windows, wind deflector, single owner in southern state

Wanted to wait until the spring to buy but am prepared if the right car comes along, which this is other than the cream interior and NAV.

Anyone? Need to make a move on this if its worthwhile.

Edmunds valued it at $40,546 in good condition as private sale.

I have owned my convertible for a yr and love it. No issues with it so far, 12500 miles.
I have the M-sport pkg, 19" 230 wheels, NAV, oyster & black interior, and installing the PPK and PE this week. Planning on keeping her 6yrs/100k miles or longer if I have no issues. If you want a convertible the 335i is perfect.

Any thoughts on the discrepancy between the KBB and Edmunds values? 3,100 difference

I'd like to make an offer but want to start at the right price.

If the car is in 'good or better' condition is 39K a good purchase price?

Also, the sport seats, are the side supports on the seat adjustable (width)? I'm a fairly big guy (6'3" 225lbs) and I find the current sport seats in our Jetta VR6 a little narrow.

Not positive on the convertible, but my sedan sport seats width are adjustable with a motor switch on the side of the seat

Has anyone driven this and the G37 Cab? Not to many hardtops to choose from!
