F 32 M Performance Rear Diffuser fits all models?

Apologies if this is already out there... This is my first post like this so sort of have no idea what I'm doing.

Anyway, anyone got any ideas if the M Performance rear diffuser for the F32 435i fits all the ranges? ie will it fit the 428i? I've already purchased it on ebay for £360 but I have got the listing which describes it fits the 435i. They also have a listing (with the same picture - dual exit left/right) for the 428i. I'm thinking that they have just used the same picture and description to save time, when really the part they have listed which they describe to fit the 428i just has the twin exit on the nearside (passenger side UK drivers side US).

I have contacted BMW a few times today but am yet to have an answer. The parts department at a local BMW dealership couldn't give me an answer...

Common sense would lead me to believe that the diffuser should fit any model of the F32 coupe as I am pretty sure they all have exactly the same rear bumper (M Sport models).

Anyone got any ideas...!?

Might help if you show us the listing but as you say probably used the same photo, as long as you have bought the one that states for 428, should be fine. Is it supplied from UK or elsewhere?

Have you seen these?

Also, in the future, try Jamie @ Soper BMW, he will do a better deal than BMW direct on ebay or Amazon

Listings are here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-M-Perf...item2c8e5e77b9

And here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-M-Perf...item2c8e5e77b9

The second link is what is supposedly for the 428i although it shows having dual left/right exit.

What I actually want is the diffuser to fit the 428i but have the dual exits like the 435i has. I've got an exhaust in the pipelines from milltek which has a dual left/right exit like the 435i...!

Its Arrived

Thought I may aswell get a picture up of the diffuser which arrived yesterday...!

Really imprssed with the feel of it, feels like it is good quality (which you would hope for at £360...!). Also thought I chuck a couple of the pics of the Carbon wing mirror covers ordered from Amazon. Not the offical M Perf ones, they are the part ABS and then covered in CF with a clear coat finish. Not an absolutely perfect fit (expected) but certainly beats paying ridiculous prices for the official ones (I paid £70 something)

I've also got the carbon fibre splitter on its way from cnautofans.com at the cost of around £370 something. Will write a little review with pics and say how easy it was to install etc etc...

My M Perf skirt foils are being applied 29/12/2014 (next monday) - I couldnt find my oblong objects dangling anywhere so found someone to do it properly for £50 - Power Vinyls over in Ashford Middlesex if anyone wants to go that route...

Also may as well throw in a couple of pics with the boot lip installed as well. Decided to do mine in body colour as I dont think the matte or carbon finish goes that well with the estoril blue!

Yeah I went for the BMW individual opal white leather, have to say it really does look awesome although very easily marked obviously...!

I didn't speak to Jamie but I did speak to someone from the same place, Neil I think his name was. Very nice and helpful guy so can reccomend anyone to get in contact with them for any queries about parts etc. Thanks for pointing me in their direction!

Basically, the rear numper has the same part number so common sense would say that the diffusers/valances can fit either the twin or dual exit exhausts for anyone looking to go for the dual exit on the 420/428. Dropping the diffuser off to my mate tonight for partially painting in body colour and then it will go off with the car to Milltek for them to design and fit the cat back!

thank you for sharing! I would love to get your impressions of the cf front splitter in terms of quality and fit. Do you know if its 1 piece or 3 piece? The aftermarket ones I've seen in the states are 3 pieces, the reason being is thats easier to install and align? What I am particularly worried about is the fit of the piece that goes up against the lower air ducts. I have alpine white and Ive seen other cars with just a bit of a gap revealing some white which really stands out against the carbon fiber and black air duct covers. This happens even with the OEM part. I guess I could use black vinyl wrap in that area which may be a good idea to do just to protect the paint before the splitter is installed.

Anyway, thank you and I look forward to when you get your splitter. BTW, EB color is da bomb!

By the looks of the pictures (http://cnautofans.com/products/bmw-f...-0302-576.html) it looks like it should just be one piece. I have read somewhere that the cn splitters fit quite well so hopefully shouldnt be too many issues.

Yeah the wrapping sounds like a good shout to me! I'll post the pics when it eventually arrives and I have had time to fit it.

Thank you! I look forward to your review. I am leaning towards just the lower spoiler for my Alpine White 428i. I just feel the whole spoiler brings too much black to the front a white/light colored car. On colors like yours or darker the full spoiler looks boss!lower r

Interesting how the lower splitter cost the same as the complete one! And shipping! Wow! $110!!

Also just curious why you didnt get the carbon rear diffuser from CFAUTOFANS? It seems they have one that looks just like the OEM piece but in carbon for roughly the same price though with shipping its about $100 more.

Only reason I didn't go for the carbon diffuser from cn is because I needed it here in the UK quickly as I am giving my car to Milltek for a week so they can design a manual transmission cat back! Otherwise I would have probably gone for that one.

Well done! Thats exactly how I want to paint mine as well. Looks like you left the center portion matte? If I go with the OEM part I will have that painted gloss black.

By the way, is that dinner of fish sandwich and chips in the second pic? Im getting hungry!

Yeah well the M Perforance skirt foils are a matte finish so I decided to leave the diffuser matte as well!

Haha thats actually at a mates house and think it may have been a chicken burger!

I have seen it on a vehicle both painted and un painted. I can say IMO it looks MUCH better partially painted to body colour.

Will get pics and vids up as soon as I get it back from Milltek.
