Poke Setup Wheel Offset - Help

Ok, so I was in the process of re-barreling my BBS LMs when something came up and I couldn't finish completing the process.

My current specs are:
2011 e92 M-Sport
KW V2 Coils

F: 8.5x19 et32
R: 10x19 et25 (flipped face, so et12 now, I believe)

I bought THIS car from Paul Bailey.
However, he didn't include the wheels pictured.
He included the ones in the specs I've listed above.
I'd like to get my wheels to look like they do in these photos, except with 12s in the rear (or as wide as I can go, really).

After the suggestion of "stretchNpoke" I was going to take the 10x19 +12s from the rear and mount them on the front.

Then I was going to get the 8.5x19 fronts re-barreled to 12x19 +35 and put them on the rear.

However, I don't think this would yield the look I'm going for.

I want to achieve about the same amount of poke in the front a rear (maybe a few mm more in the rear than the front).
I also want almost identical lip size, front and rear (again, maybe a few mm more lip size in the rear than the front).

I plan on running about -2.5 upfront and -3 degrees of camber in the rear.
I realize I may have to go with more.

Also, I want to run a 245 width tire on the 10x19 upfront.
I like the look of the subtle stretch.
What sidewall size should I run? 30? or 35?
What tire size would give me that same amount of stretch for the 12x19?

Can anyone help me get the look I want?
