Did I miss something? Do you mean 2 facelifts for the E90, one now and one for 2010? Or do you mean E90 gets a facelift and E92 will also get a facelift? What do you mean E92 front with LED turn signal?

Updates usually take place about 3 and a half years after introduction which makes an E92 update likely for spring 2010.

Best regards, south

Yes, though it could happen in September 2009 also. The front of the M3 is unlikely to be effected by this much though, if things go the way they did for the E46. The only change expected to the front of the M3 (all M3s) will be new headlight assemblies, and even that is not guaranteed. Sheetmetal/fascia changes are not likely. The rear of the E92/E93 M3 might change at that time also, but the E90 rear should be set for life.

as mkoesel said, the e90 is set for life.

the e92 will get a change for the 2010 model(rear led's, coupe interior refinements)..then the e92 will be set too. then a comp pack in 2 yrs.

then next gen m3 haha.

seeing that le mans blue makes me want to pump some techno music really loud and just haul ass down the autobahn... yet, that's what interlagos blue did for me... now they're screwing with my decision making, BASTARDS!

I hear you!

I was all set for Interlagos, and now that Lemans is here too, suddenly I have a choice to make. Either one will look great in the garage parked next to the Montego 335i I think Interlagos will offer more contrast against the Montego than Lemans. I am going to do side-by-sides once the Lemans cars are on the lot.

I really love this m3 saloon
No changes in the coupe
I HATE the le mans blue
it really makes the m3 look dull
like the LED's
And shouldnt the saloon be displayed in space grey(as the were testing in that color)??

Obviously taken outside Die Welt - doesn't look different enough from IB for me; wish they'd gone even lighter.

You're welcome.

I think it indeed is FR as the attendant press release doesn't mention any new colors for the interior.

Best regards, south

Thanks south - well it looks like they over photoshopped it or something as that colour recalls a saddle brown dakota that I saw a couple of years ago.

I also note this comment on BimmerFile re the updated 3er:
"Saddle Brown Dakota are available
Chestnut Brown Dakota Leather replaces Terracotta"
