No. I had 42 in the rear on a 10.5 and with the KW I rubbed at about 10 oclock on the rear fender. The kws are too soft. Even at the highest point and I turned rebound to the hardest part it still rubbed. My H&R coils before did not though, but they were a stiffer ride. I went and had my hubs shaved to be a 44 offset and no more rubbing.

Yea, even if I added a bit of camber?
Would really love a set of bbs chr. The recommended size is too weak .

KV V1 near max, I am tired of them though wouldn't recommend them unless you want a soft ride that's about it. Niche Essence 19x9 19x10.5

If you install those tire size on 19", they'll be lower than supposed for your car, more like a size for previous gen 3 series, but will still fit.
Those tires on 20" are a little taller, but NP.
Sorry, I typed 20's by accident (Freudian slip??), fixed.

See VELGEN WHEELS post below your post, now picture it in BSM instead of MR. That will be my car

I started looking at 20", but ended up at 19" only for ride quality. Saw a lot of people complaining about it especially over potholes.

...and I'm sure I don't have to explain to you the quality of the GTA road system!

We do have bad roads here also, but it's not a daily driver.
Also, I'll go with no-RFT 245/35R20 for the added sidewall and lower stiffness.
We'll see if I (or my dentist) will love those wheels...

Well to get to this height I also added camber. Running -2.4 degrees. That is the sweetspot on these cars I think. I had it maxed out at -3 and within 500 miles there was considerably noticeable inside tire wear. It was crazy how fast it was eating the tires. Tried to align it multiple ways and nothing seemed to work so thats when I had the offset changed on the wheels. Here is a good shot of how the rear is filled out with a 44.5ET on a 10.5 with a 275/30. No rubbing, but change that to a 42ET and you will be rubbing UNLESS you have really stiff suspension. A 35ET no question it will rub. I was at this height with H&R without rubbing with a 42ET but with the KWs, even a finger gap was rubbing even on hard acceleration coming out of a corner because they are that much softer.

It depends on how low you go and how stiff your springs are. I personally hate rubbing even if it is rubbing the plastic fender liners. And I hate gaps, even a half a finger to me is too much especially on big wheels.

Anybody done 19x10.5 22 offset for the rears? I was about to do it but I think it might just be a bit too crazy

What wheels are those? I'm thinking of going bronze on my AW 335.

Without putting H&R springs (my car is a lease) - my plan is to take my stock wheels off, save them and put a different set on and put my stocks back on before I return the car.

If I put 20s on the car - could I go 275 in the rears? I'm trying to make the most aggressive stance I can without lowering the car.
