it is an ordinary people who own the car. it shows on his plate number. the shorter you have number on the plate means you are rich.. i believe sheik has this 1 on his plate

Actually, Dubai and its people are going through some rough times currently. Many people are parking their leased/financed vehicles, that they can no longer pay for, with the keys in the ignition and fleeing the country. Nonpayment of a lease is a punishable offense in Dubai. This is apparently a large problem in long-term lots at the airport.

There's an article in the NY Times today about all the jobs disappearing and foreigners abandoning cars and housing. What will make it much worse is that the government there is starting to limit information about the economy which is a certain way to vaporize trust in their solvency. This could be one of the biggest house of cards ever.
