Cool OEM Spoiler

Hey I just bought a OEM Spoiler for my E90 and I'm not exactly sure how to install it.

When I opened up the box I notice that there are screw holes underneath the spoiler, so does that mean I am to drill into my car to install the part?

I had it recommended to me to use M3 double sided tape to install the spoiler but my question there is about the spoiler flying off. I feel that the tape wouldn't been strong enough to hold the spoiler once the car reaches a certain speed or after "X" amount of time.

I also heard that some shops have this special types of glue they can use to hold the spoiler in place.

Feedback?

Thanks

go buy Betalink from the dealer, and read the DIY thread about installing the OEM spoiler

3m will hold it if you prep it right, have to degrease/remove wax with dawn, wipe down with alcohol, apply tape to hot surface, a lot of pressure, leave in sun.

betalink is more permanent and can be messy if you don't watch what you are doing. comes with a cleaner/remover.

+1 double sided tape is all you need. just make sure you prep and apply correctly.

Never use M3 double-sided tape on a 330.

Its 3M tape - not M3, which is obviously high performance tape!
