i wish they would define what "Sport Suspension" means for the msport ... i assume the same standard suspension that the Sport Line already comes with?

really doesnt seem like you get a whole lot for the money. bummer.

Is this really new? My car also says 'media':

aka $199 per year lol

I'm kind of disappointed by the things that are new on the MY2013 vehicles.. guess I read too many stories of people guessing what could be changed but, in the end, it doesn't seem like there is much real news to tell regarding the difference between MY12 and MY13

Nope. MSport is appearance, not performance. Many appear to want this option however so it appears BMW has packaged it correctly.

If you look at it as a standalone, it seems rather expensive. If you were going to get the Sport Line anyways, then an extra $1350(for 328i) for a full bodykit, M steering wheel, staggered wheels w/summer tires, and ability to get the best color on offer(Estoril Blue), then it's quite fair.

You assume correctly. This really has been clear all along: "Sport Suspension" is option code 704 for both Sport Line and M Sport. This was true in all previous press releases and is repeated again now. It's the same thing.

What's unclear here is if we can order Sport Suspension as an option with M Sport and xDrive, or if it is totally unavailable with xDrive. If Sport Suspension is not available with xDrive, that would contradict earlier statements by BMWNA.

sport suspension will not be included in sport and m sport x-drive models.

Nothing too out of the ordinary here, finally a price on M Sport. Not too inflated either, I was expecting worse.

Just because Sport Suspension is not "included" in the M Sport package, that doesn't automatically mean you can't order it separately as option 704 (like they separate the option in the UK). It's unclear.

The Adaptive M Suspension is the same mystery.

Do some/all of these changes affect Australian bound cars? Obviously, we don't get the XDrive models here. But I believe we are getting the hybrid?

I might be wrong too but the only 3 series with this navigation will be the active hybrid 3...as per the above paragraph...

The BMW M Performance brakes are the retrofit option for the F30 3 series without M Sport brakes. They are the same brakes as the M Sport Brakes, but come with drilled and slotted rotors.

We've already seen some installs. See http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=689045

They retail at $2300, but I've seen retailers selling for under $2000 already.

So what suspension does the Sport Line come with then? Standard? There is absolutely 0 reason to get it then.

I think they were rendering to the awd x models that won't have the sport suspension

This is the case for Canadian Sport Line models. We need to purchase the sport suspension as a separate $ option. Therefore the sport line comes with the regular suspension...
