550i passenger window rolls down unintentionally automatically

This is really annoying me ..
The power window on the passenger side of 2011 550i when i roll it up automatically by pulling it once past the resistance point or even slowly by holding the power window button at the resistance point;

as soon as it rolls up completely to the top, it rolls down automatically (the button becomes unresponsive at this point).

I am guessing this is the pinch protection feature, which the car pointed out in the dashboard once, but it doesn't show up any more.

At the moment i am left with rolling it up very slowly to the top, just so i dont trip past the point where it starts rolling down again.

I am wondering if something is wrong and i should take it to the dealership for service or is there something that i don't know!!

If you can inspect the window tracks and determine that they are indeed free of dirt and obstructions, then to the dealer it should go.

There was nothing that was obvious, looking in the rubber also i didn't find anything. I am surprised this pinch detection would be that sensitive!

Then off it goes! Besides, the free coffee at the dealerships is worth the drive to get there
