Help me pick my next mod!
So we are in the beginning of a Northeast winter, and I need a new mod to keep me busy/interested in my car till spring hits (not a fan of winter in the least ).
My current mods are JB3 (awesome btw, eagerly awaiting 2.0!), RR Stg. 2 intake, Maddad full catback (axleback on now - mids on order), CDV delete, SSK, and removal of the run-craps. Here is my dilemma, I do not want to go full catless due to potential issues with emissions, noise and dealer; I would consider catted DP's but it seems like they are diminishing returns (high price, limited gains). Also wanted to keep things simple and easy to install and remove, meth may be an option down the road but not now. So I am thinking of going for a charge pipe with bov-dv, an IC (since its winter I may not get the most out of this), or a save up for a coilover setup (again may not get the most of this due to the winter). The question is what would be my best "next" mod to keep me from going stir crazy this winter? I would also like to stick to strictly performance mods. Thanks in advance everyone and Happy Holidays! |

I think your best option will be coilovers. The car can really benefit from a suspension upgrade and it will make the next biggest change in the car's performance.

coilovers if you want to throw down
or i recommend with the boost that you have with the Jb3 that you get the charge pipe with DDVs and an FMIC

Coilovers for sure.
One of my next mods is gonna be an LSD if I can afford it. I actually may get one before I get a tune. In your weather it would benefit you even more. The main negative is cost.

Check out the ER charge pipe kit and FMIC. It's top notch. I have to agree with the others on the coilovers...My biggest regret is not doing that FIRST. I'm about to though, FINALLY!
