Thumbs up Wash/Clay/Wax

My new detailer suggested Claying the car for the first time (guy works pretty damn good...won a competition at the miami auto show). i noticed a huge difference from when you dont/do clay the car.

now im gonna see if it makes any difference in the durability of the wax. (adheres better after clay)

anyone know if that paint pen that you can buy at the dealer is any good?
