The thread to end the 335i vs M3 beef

This thread is to finally put an end to the 335i vs M3 nonsense....
Im tired of this shit,we should all be happy to own BMW's and are very fortunate so everybody settle their differences in this thread once and for all.
The 335i is a fast and very mod friendly car but it is not in the M3's league maybe only in straight line acceleration from 0-100.So every body stop bashing other Bimmers and start bashing the competition have a nice day

I didn't know anybody really thought their 335 was better than an M3. No offense.

This thread won't end anything. History has a way of repeating itself on forums.

Agree'd. The question of Spool being banned pops up from time to time.

Cool

This forum has some of the most childish and arrogant posters I've seen on ANY car forum. This thread has a good message but I doubt anyone will listen.

On 6SpeedOnline, or CorvetteActionCenter, you never see Z06 guys cutting down C6 guys, or any threads like "Z06 vs C6" where the Z06 guys are saying things like "The C6 is slow and stupid, get a Z06 and you'll get more pussy", and the power differential is actually greater between the C6/Z06 than the 328i/335i.

Replace C6 with 325i/328i/330i and Z06 with 335i and you will see 3 of those threads a week here on E90. I don't understand why BMW attracts so many children, that's one of the reasons I stayed away from WRX and EVO forums, but it seems that this place has been afflicted by the children anyway.

I totally agree. Waaaay too much in-fighting between BMW owners. This was one of the first things I noticed when I first joined this forum a few years ago. Nothing has really changed since then.

It's because a lot of previous 335i owners were EVO, STI, etc owners. BMW has brought in a new demographic with the 335i.

The board seems to exist as a means for people to justify their purchases: E90 vs E92, M3 vs 335i vs 330i vs 328i vs 325i, JB3 vs V3, 6MT vs Step, Package selection, color selection, and so on...

But if you look past all that, you can uncover a great deal of useful information.

Not even close to the same league in a straight line either.

Those who can afford a 60k ///M3 will have no problem with an 10k supercharger.
